A website for coworking spaces where visitors pick a plan and book without chatting.

People open a coworking website with a specific question: how much is a desk, what does the space look like and can I come tomorrow. We build a site that answers on the first screen: plans in tenge, photos and a 3D tour, tour sign-up, meeting room booking and Kaspi payment.

A coworking space is chosen with the eyes and a calculator. With the eyes — by photos and videos of the zones: open space, quiet zone, private offices, kitchen, meeting rooms, the view, parking. With a calculator — by plans: the price of a day, a month on a hot desk, a fixed desk, an office for four. If there is no price and the photos were taken on a phone in bad light, people do not even book a tour.

The second job is a short path to the first visit. A “Book a tour” button with a time picker, “Buy a day pass” with Kaspi Pay, “Book a meeting room” with a calendar of free slots. Each action creates a CRM lead tagged with the plan and source.

The third is search and separate products. Pages for formats (day pass, fixed desk, team office, meeting rooms, event halls) and for districts rank for their own queries and serve as landing pages for ads. Event hire gets its own page with capacity, seating layouts and a form for organisers.

What it needs

What a coworking website needs.

Plans with prices

Day pass, day bundles, hot and fixed desks, team offices — with prices in tenge, what is included and discounts for 3, 6 and 12 months.

Online meeting room booking

A calendar of free slots for each room, duration choice, Kaspi Pay for guests and hours deducted from the plan for members. No double bookings.

Tour sign-up

A form with date and time for a tour; confirmation and reminder in WhatsApp, a CRM lead for the manager on shift.

Photos, video and a 3D tour

Professional shots of every zone, a floor plan, available offices on the map. This is the main argument before a visit.

Hall and event pages

Capacity, seating options, equipment, catering partners, hourly price and an availability calendar — a separate enquiry form for organisers.

Member portal

Current plan, renewal date, payment by link, remaining meeting room hours, invoices and acts for companies, guest passes.

Events and community

An events calendar, member companies with their consent, partner discounts — it shows the space is alive.

Two languages and local search

Russian and Kazakh versions, English if needed, a map and directions, LocalBusiness markup, load time under 2 seconds on mobile.

Landing page or website

One page for a plan or a website for the whole space.

Landing page — for a new space or for advertising one product: day pass, team office, event hall. Offer, prices, photos, tour sign-up and payment. ₸250,000–400,000, 1–2 weeks.

Space website — 12–30 pages: all formats, meeting rooms with online booking, halls, events, two languages, Kaspi payments. The base for SEO and for ads across products. ₸600,000–1,200,000, 3–5 weeks.

Website with a member portal or a network of spaces — renewals, invoices, remaining hours, guest passes, location choice. From ₸1,500,000, 6–8 weeks. We often start with the website and add the portal once members exceed a hundred.

Mistakes

Why a coworking website does not bring tours.

  • “Prices on request” — someone comparing three spaces simply closes the tab.
  • Stock office photos instead of your zones — trust drops before the visit.
  • Meeting room booking via “message us on WhatsApp” — the guest goes to the business centre next door with an online calendar.
  • Halls and desks on one page — an event organiser cannot find capacity and price.
  • No address, parking and opening hours on the first screen — the main pre-visit question stays unanswered.
  • The site is not connected to a CRM — form submissions sit in an inbox nobody checks.
Price and timeline

What affects the price of a coworking website.

A landing page for one product — ₸250,000–400,000, 1–2 weeks. A space website with plans, meeting rooms, halls and two languages — ₸600,000–1,200,000, 3–5 weeks. A website with a member portal, renewals and invoices, or a network of several locations — from ₸1,500,000. The price depends on the number of pages, online booking, integrations with Kaspi, CRM, 1C and coworking software, languages and the volume of copy. Photo and video shooting of the space is quoted separately.

Base prices and timelines are on the website development page; how we work is described in process.

Questions

The short version.

How much does a website for a coworking space cost?

A landing page — ₸250,000–400,000, a space website with meeting room booking and two languages — ₸600,000–1,200,000, with a member portal — from ₸1,500,000. We give an exact estimate after discussing plans and integrations.

Can we take payment for day passes on the website?

Yes, via Kaspi Pay or Kaspi QR: the guest picks a date, pays and gets a WhatsApp confirmation, and the admin sees the payment in the CRM. Companies can generate an invoice to their LLP on the same site.

How do we avoid double bookings of meeting rooms?

Each room gets its own calendar synced with the CRM, Google Calendar or coworking software. The slot is locked at the moment of booking, and members’ hours are deducted from their plan.

We already use Nexudus or Optix. Do we need a separate website?

Management software handles members well, but its widgets rank poorly in search. We build a site for SEO and ads, and pull booking and the portal from the system via API or embed its widgets.

How long does development take?

A landing page — 1–2 weeks, a space website — 3–5 weeks, a site with a portal — 6–8 weeks. The longest part is usually not development but shooting the zones and agreeing on plans.
