A bot wins when the scenario is short: book, order, pay, get a notification. Most users in Kazakhstan have Telegram, there is nothing to install, and no Apple or Google review either. A Mini App handles more complex interfaces too: a catalogue with filters, a personal account, a calendar.
A mobile app is needed when push notifications outside Telegram matter, when the camera and geolocation need to work in the background, when offline mode is required, or when presence in the stores is an acquisition channel. A bot for enquiries and bookings with notifications is ₸200,000–400,000 and 1–2 weeks. A bot with a catalogue, Kaspi payment and an admin panel is ₸400,000–800,000 and 2–3 weeks. A Mini App with a personal account and integrations is from ₸800,000 and 3–5 weeks. A WhatsApp bot is from ₸300,000 plus the cost of the official API at high volumes.
