What happens after you write
- We read the enquiry and reply the same or the next working day in the channel you chose.
- We ask 5–10 questions about the business, customers and integrations. A call is optional.
- We send an estimate with stages and deadlines. If the task does not suit us, we say so honestly and suggest who to turn to.

No. All projects run remotely: the brief in a messenger, documents electronically, demos by link. A meeting in Almaty can be arranged.
How quickly do you reply?
During working hours, usually within an hour or two; in messengers, in the evenings too. An estimate takes one or two working days.
Can I call?
