Why on top of the POS, not instead of it.
Venues do not want to change their POS: fiscal reporting, waiters and habits are all tied to it. So 1Work does not replace the till — it connects to it through Poloma and Senet integrations and adds what the till lacks: cost of goods, payroll, net profit.
POS integrations are a separate layer in our infrastructure: adapters for hospitality POS systems and gaming club management systems. We use the same adapters in client projects whenever we need to connect to a till or a booking system.

1Work shows how we do integrations: we connect to the system a business already has and build what is missing on top of it. If you run a POS, a CRM, 1C or a booking system and need an app or reports on top of it, that is the same job.
The staff wallet in Telegram is an example of a Telegram bot replacing a standalone app where an app would be overkill.

Does 1Work replace bookkeeping?
No. 1Work is management accounting for the owner: profit, payroll, stock. Statutory accounts and tax reporting stay in 1C or with your accountant; we can pass the data on there if needed.
