Website for gaming clubs: prices, hardware and a seat booked in a minute.

A guest opens a club's website on their phone to check three things: what hardware it has, how much an hour or a night costs and whether there are free seats. If the answers aren't there, they go to 2GIS and pick the club next door. We build a website where it's all visible at once, and booking or topping up via Kaspi takes a minute.

A gaming club website is not a business card but a showcase of the hall. Players care about specifics: graphics cards and CPUs by zone, monitor refresh rates, peripherals, VIP rooms and bootcamps, PS5 and racing wheels, the price per hour, daytime and night packages. All of this must be readable on a phone in 10–20 seconds, because 80–90% of visitors come from mobile, in our experience and according to market data.

The second job is booking. Instead of chatting in Direct, the guest picks a zone, time and number of seats, leaves a phone number or immediately tops up their balance via Kaspi. If the club runs SmartShell, Senet or another hall management system with an API, the booking and balance go straight into it.

The third is search. A website for gaming clubs ranks for queries like «gaming club Almaty», «gaming club near me», «24/7 gaming club» and works together with the 2GIS listing. For a network — a separate page for each club with address, map and prices.

What it needs

What a club website needs.

Zones and hardware

A card for each zone: graphics card, CPU, monitor and refresh rate, peripherals, number of seats, price per hour. Photos and a short video of the hall.

Prices and packages

Hour, 3 and 5 hours, daytime and night packages, student rate, PS5 and VIP prices — in a table, no «ask the administrator».

Online seat booking

Choice of zone, date, time and number of seats; confirmation via WhatsApp or Telegram. With an API — live free seats from the hall system.

Kaspi balance top-ups

The guest tops up their gaming account via Kaspi Pay before arriving; prepayment secures the booking and reduces no-shows.

Tournaments and events

A calendar of CS2, Dota 2 and Valorant tournaments, team registration, rules, prize pool, results and photos.

Parties and corporate events

A dedicated page for birthdays, school and student groups, team building: format, capacity, price, request form.

Rules and age

Visiting rules, age restrictions and night hours for minors, documents — transparent for guests and parents.

Addresses and 2GIS

For a network — a page for each club with a 2GIS map, opening hours, phone and directions; markup for search engines.

Booking and the hall system

How a website booking reaches SmartShell or Senet.

The most common problem is a website that lives separately from the hall. A guest books on the site, the administrator doesn't know, the seat is taken. So we build booking around the hall management system.

  • There is an API — the website shows free seats by zone, the booking is created in the system, and a Kaspi top-up is credited to the guest's account.
  • No API — the booking goes to the CRM or the administrators' Telegram chat with a confirmation timer; the administrator marks the seat in the system manually.
  • Prepayment — for VIP and nights, the booking is held only when paid; otherwise it is released 15–30 minutes after the start time.

Which option is possible becomes clear once we look at your system and its documentation.

Common mistakes

Why club websites don't bring guests.

  • No prices or hardware — guests compare clubs on exactly these and go to the ones that show them.
  • Heavy videos on the first screen — the site loads in 8–10 seconds on mobile internet.
  • Booking by phone call only — a young audience doesn't call, it texts.
  • One address for the whole network — search engines don't show the site for «club near me» in a specific district.
  • Outdated prices and packages — the guest arrives, sees different numbers at the desk and leaves a bad review on 2GIS.
  • No Kazakh version — part of search traffic in Astana, Shymkent and the regions is lost.
Price and timeline

What affects the price of a club website.

A landing page for one club with zones, prices, hall photos and WhatsApp booking costs ₸250,000–400,000, 1–2 weeks. A website with online seat booking, Kaspi balance top-ups, tournaments, an events page and two languages costs ₸600,000–1,200,000, 3–6 weeks. A network website with a guest account and hall management system integration starts at ₸1,500,000.

The price depends on the number of clubs and zones, whether SmartShell or Senet has an API, the volume of photos and video, and languages. Base prices are on the website development page.

Questions

The short version.

How much does a website for a gaming club cost?

A landing page costs ₸250,000–400,000, a full website with booking, Kaspi and tournaments ₸600,000–1,200,000, a network website with a guest account from ₸1,500,000. We give an exact estimate after discussing zones and the hall system.

Can free seats be shown in real time?

Yes, if the hall management system provides data via an API. Then the website shows occupancy by zone and bookings are created directly in the system. Without an API — booking via the administrator with confirmation in a messenger.

How do we accept payments on the website?

Via Kaspi Pay and bank cards: balance top-ups, booking prepayment, event payment. The money goes to the club's account, and crediting the guest's account is automatic if an API is available.

Does a club need a website if it has Instagram and 2GIS?

Instagram and 2GIS bring guests, but they don't sell bookings and packages 24/7 and don't rank in search. A website is needed as a landing page for ads and as the source of prices the listings link to.

How long does development take?

A landing page takes 1–2 weeks, a website with booking and Kaspi 3–6 weeks, a network website with hall system integration from 6 weeks. Timing depends on how quickly photos, prices and access are ready.
