Daily copies of the database and files, stored off-server, with restore checks.

Vulnerability patches, bot protection, firewall, access restrictions, a quarterly audit.
Hours in the subscription for new pages, features, copy and design changes. Unused hours roll over within the quarter.

Three subscription levels.
Basic, from ₸60,000 a month. Hosting, monitoring, backups, security updates, 2 hours of improvements. For landing pages and corporate websites.
Standard, from ₸150,000 a month. Everything in Basic plus 8 hours of improvements, SEO hygiene, priority response within 4 working hours. For stores and web services.
Product, from ₸300,000 a month. A dedicated technical team: 20+ hours, mobile apps, weekly development sprints, response within an hour. For SaaS and apps with users.
Projects we did not build are taken on after an audit: we review the code, infrastructure and access, tell you what needs putting in order and which level to start at.

We move the project to our servers or set up yours, and switch on monitoring and backups.

Monthly: uptime, what was done, hours, recommendations.
What affects the price.
The Basic level is from ₸60,000 a month, Standard from ₸150,000, Product from ₸300,000. Extra hours beyond the subscription are ₸15,000–20,000 per hour depending on the level. An audit of a project built elsewhere is from ₸50,000, deducted from the first month.
The subscription is monthly, with no annual lock-in. All access is yours, and you can leave at any time.
We do this for ourselves too.
We keep three products with 8,502 users running: our own servers, daily backups with restore checks, monitoring, store updates every week. The studio's infrastructure serves dozens of websites and services, ours and our clients'. That same infrastructure and those same processes are what projects on support receive.
The short version.
How much does website support cost?
From ₸60,000 a month for hosting, monitoring, backups and 2 hours of improvements. Stores and web services from ₸150,000, apps and SaaS from ₸300,000.
Will you take on a website built by another studio?
Yes, after an audit. We work with Next.js, React, Node.js, WordPress and Python; mobile apps on Swift, Kotlin and Flutter. If the project is in poor shape, we will tell you honestly which is cheaper: fixing it or rebuilding it.
What if the site goes down at night?
Monitoring alerts us around the clock. Critical failures, such as the server, payments or downtime, are fixed immediately on the Standard and Product levels; on Basic, during working hours.
What counts as improvement hours?
Any task: new pages and blocks, copy changes, features, integrations, store updates. Large tasks are priced separately and run as a project.
Can we do without a subscription, one-off?
Yes, one-off improvements by estimate. But without monitoring and backups, problems are discovered late. A subscription is usually cheaper than a single serious failure.
