Social ads for coworking spaces: tour and trial-day leads from people working nearby.
Instagram ads show your space to people who are not yet looking for coworking but work from home or cafés nearby. We launch campaigns for specific products — trial day, team office, event — with a radius around the space and leads going straight into the CRM.
Social ads for a coworking space serve two scenarios. The first is creating demand: freelancers, remote employees and small teams working from home or cafés within 3–7 km of the space. We show them the real zones, the quiet, the internet speed and offer a trial day. The second is events: meetups, talks and networking that bring people into the space, some of whom become members.
Creatives matter more than settings. What works: short vertical videos of “a day at the coworking”, zone tours with the price on screen, member stories with their consent. Stock offices and generic lines about a “comfortable space” do not.
Leads go through Instagram lead forms or WhatsApp straight into the CRM, where a manager offers a tour time within 15 minutes. Without this, ads produce chats, not visits. We report on leads, tours and contracts, not reach.
What managing coworking social ads includes.
Separate campaigns for the trial day, fixed desk, team office, meeting rooms and events — with different audiences and offers.
Radius around the space, business-centre and IT-company districts, remote work and entrepreneurship interests, lookalikes of current members.
Vertical videos and stories by scenario: zone tour, a member’s day, meeting room, event. We write the scripts; shooting is quoted separately.
A short form with product choice or a jump to WhatsApp with a pre-filled message; the lead goes straight to the CRM tagged with the campaign.
Campaigns for meetup and talk registrations, retargeting attendees with a trial day offer.
Website visitors, video viewers and people who messaged in Direct — with a tour reminder and a special first-month offer.
Creatives and copy in Russian and Kazakh; in English for international teams.
Cost per lead, tour and contract for each campaign, weekly adjustments and a monthly report.
Campaign structure.
- Trial day: 3–7 km radius, first-visit offer
- Fixed desk and monthly plan: remote employees and freelancers
- Team offices: heads of small companies and startups
- Hourly meeting rooms: entrepreneurs and consultants nearby
- Events: meetup and talk registrations
- Hall hire: event organisers and HR
- Retargeting: website, video, Direct
- Lookalike audiences based on current members
When a coworking space should advertise.
Demand for workspace changes over the year. Based on our experience and market data, the peaks are September–November and January–March: people return from holidays, teams plan the year, startups look for an office after a funding round. Demand is noticeably lower in summer, but audience attention is cheaper then and it is a good time to promote events and day passes.
A practical scheme: before the peak — trial day and team office campaigns; in summer — events, meeting rooms and day passes; in December — hall hire for corporate parties. We redistribute the budget by month rather than keeping it flat.
What to keep in mind in creatives.
Coworking ads are not a restricted category, but Meta’s policies and advertising law still apply. You cannot claim “the best coworking in the city” or “No. 1” without proof, and prices must be honest: if the ad says “from ₸3,000 per day”, that plan must exist.
Another common issue is photos of members and event guests. Ads require their consent, otherwise complaints and ad blocks are possible. We prepare a simple consent form and shoot creatives with people who have agreed.
What affects the management price.
Managing social ads for one space on one platform — ₸150,000–250,000 per month; two platforms (Instagram and TikTok), several spaces or two languages — ₸250,000–400,000. The ad budget is paid separately, from ₸200,000 per month, in competitive districts of Almaty from ₸250,000–400,000. Setup is included in the first month; one-off setup without management — ₸150,000.
Video shooting for creatives is quoted separately. General terms are on the targeted advertising page.
The short version.
How much do social ads for a coworking space cost?
Management — ₸150,000–250,000 per month for one platform, ₸250,000–400,000 for two platforms or several spaces. Ad budget is separate, from ₸200,000 per month.
What should we promote: plans or events?
Usually both: events bring new people into the space cheaply, and trial day and team office campaigns turn interest into contracts. We tune the mix after the first two weeks.
What radius should we target?
For desks and trial days — 3–7 km around the space and business-centre districts. For halls and events — the whole city, because organisers choose a venue, not a district.
Do we need a shoot?
Yes, ads featuring real zones and people perform noticeably better than stock photos. We write scripts and organise the shoot; you can start with phone videos based on our brief.
When will the first leads come?
Usually in the first week after launch. For the first 2–3 weeks we test offers and audiences, then keep the campaigns that deliver tours at an acceptable cost.
