SEO that counts enquiries, not rankings.
We promote websites on Google and Yandex for the queries people in Kazakhstan actually search and buy with. We do it as developers: we fix the technical issues ourselves, rebuild the structure and write the pages, instead of sending 'recommendations for your programmer'.
Who it is for
- Companies whose services are searched for online: construction, renovation, healthcare, law, education, B2B supply.
- Online stores with hundreds of products, where advertising every product is too expensive.
- Businesses with a website that exists but brings in no enquiries from search.
- Companies that spend on advertising and want to lower the cost per enquiry through organic traffic.
What you get.
Technical, indexing, speed, structure, content, links, competitors. A prioritised list of issues within the first two weeks.
We gather queries in Russian and Kazakh for Kazakhstan: Google and Yandex, Wordstat, Search Console, competitors. Grouped by page.
We design pages for groups of queries: services, cities, categories, questions. We add what is missing and merge duplicates.
Speed, mobile version, indexing, canonical URLs, hreflang, Schema.org, sitemap, redirects. We do it ourselves, in code.
Copy for service and category pages, blog articles, answers to questions. Written from interviews with you, fact-checked.
Google Business Profile, Yandex Business, 2GIS, directory listings, reviews. For 'near me' and 'in Almaty' queries.
Directories, media, partners, industry platforms in Kazakhstan. No link exchanges and no spam.
Search Console, Webmaster, GA4, Metrica. A monthly report: traffic, enquiries, what was done and what comes next.
Optimisation for AI search answers: structured data, llms.txt, factual blocks.
How search works in Kazakhstan.
Google is the main engine, with around 80–90% of search. Yandex has a noticeable share in Almaty, Astana and among the Russian-speaking 35+ audience, and cannot be ignored in niches such as property, cars and services.
Two languages. Queries in Kazakh are growing, and competition for them is many times lower. A Kazakh-language page with correct hreflang often reaches the top within weeks.
Cities. The query 'apartment renovation' without a city is almost useless: people search for 'apartment renovation Almaty', 'Astana', 'Shymkent'. Every city needs its own page with real content, not a copy with the name swapped.
Maps. For 'near me' services, half the clicks go to Google Maps and 2GIS. A business listing with reviews and photos is part of SEO, not a separate task.
More in our article SEO in Kazakhstan: where to start.
What to expect month by month.
Month 1. Audit, keyword research, structure plan, fixing critical technical issues. Traffic usually does not change.
Months 2–3. New and reworked pages, map listings, first links. First rankings and enquiries for low-competition and Kazakh-language queries.
Months 4–6. Growth on the main commercial queries, steady enquiries from organic search. By this point SEO usually delivers enquiries more cheaply than advertising.
Beyond. Expanding the keyword set, content, links, holding position. SEO compounds: the longer it runs, the cheaper each next enquiry.
If after 3 months there is no movement on low-competition queries, that is a reason to rethink the strategy, and we will say so ourselves.
From enquiry to result.
- 1Audit and keyword research
2 weeks: what is wrong with the site, which queries to target, what the plan is. The output is a prioritised document.
- 2Technical and structure
We fix the critical issues, add pages, set up indexing. We do it ourselves, with no 'recommendations for your programmer'.
- 3Content and maps
Page copy, articles, business listings, reviews.
- 4Links and growth
We build the link profile, expand the keyword set and optimise using Search Console data.
- 5Reporting
Monthly: traffic, rankings by group, enquiries, what was done and the plan. In figures you can verify.
What affects the price.
A local business in one city with 20–50 pages is ₸150,000–250,000 a month. A company with several lines of business and cities, in two languages, is ₸250,000–400,000. An online store with 1,000+ products or a competitive niche (property, healthcare, law) is from ₸400,000.
The price includes working on the site's code if it runs on Next.js, WordPress or Tilda. A budget for links and media articles, if needed, is separate and agreed in advance.
The minimum term is 3 months, then month to month with no lock-in.
We do this for ourselves too.
We run SEO for 1Study ourselves: school storefronts and course pages are server-rendered and indexed by Google and Yandex, there is a catalogue, a calculator, llms.txt for AI search, and school domains are connected to Search Console. For clients: a construction company's corporate website in Google's top 10 for its region, a gate supplier's catalogue with organic enquiries from Astana, an SEO site for rolled steel. See our case studies.
The short version.
How much does SEO cost in Kazakhstan?
With us, from ₸150,000 a month for a local business, ₸250,000–400,000 for companies with several lines of business, from ₸400,000 for stores and competitive niches. The market ranges from ₸80,000 with freelancers to ₸1,000,000 at agencies.
When will we see results?
First rankings and enquiries for low-competition queries in 2–3 months. The main commercial queries take 4–6 months. Nobody can do it faster; anyone promising the top spot in a month is just promising.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and nobody honest does: the algorithms are not ours. We guarantee the scope of work and transparency: you see every page, every link and the Search Console report.
Do you promote Tilda and WordPress sites?
Yes. Tilda has more limitations, and we will tell you when they start to get in the way. WordPress we optimise without any problem. If the site is technically hopeless, we will suggest moving it to Next.js while keeping the rankings.
Do we need content in Kazakh?
If your audience searches in Kazakh, yes, and it is the most underrated channel: competition is many times lower. We will check the data and make a proposal.
What about Yandex?
We work with both Google and Yandex: Webmaster, Metrica, Yandex Business, IndexNow. Yandex's share in Kazakhstan is smaller, but in a number of niches and cities it is substantial.
Want enquiries from search? We start with an audit.
Send us the website address and tell us which queries and cities you want to rank for. We will come back with an initial review and an estimate.
