An online store with Kaspi that sells on its own.
A catalogue that gets found in search, a cart that does not lose customers at checkout, Kaspi Pay and instalments, delivery and stock levels from 1C. We build stores for Kazakhstan, where half of all purchases are made from a phone and almost all of them through Kaspi.
Who it is for
- Retailers and brands selling through Instagram and the Kaspi marketplace that want their own channel without marketplace commission.
- Wholesale suppliers that need a B2B catalogue with dealer prices and online ordering.
- Stores with an existing site-builder website where payment does not work, the catalogue is slow or there is no stock tracking.
- Manufacturers with a catalogue in 1C that want to sell direct.
What you get.

What makes a store for Kazakhstan different.
Kaspi. Buyers expect Kaspi payment and instalments. We set up payment so that the money goes straight to your account and confirmation arrives automatically. We do this in our own products and know every nuance of Kaspi Pay.
Phones. More than half of orders are placed from a phone, often straight from Instagram. The catalogue and cart are designed for a thumb, not a mouse.
WhatsApp. Many people want to ask a question before buying. A 'Message on WhatsApp' button on the product page with the product name pre-filled is standard, not an add-on.
1C. Stock levels have to be honest. Sync with 1C every few minutes, otherwise you are selling what you do not have.
Marketplaces. If you are already on the Kaspi marketplace, the website does not compete with it but complements it: your own channel with no commission, a customer base and repeat sales.

What affects the price.
A store with 100–500 products, Kaspi Pay, delivery and an admin panel is ₸900,000–1,500,000 and 4–6 weeks. With 1C sync, a customer account, instalments and several delivery options it is ₸1,500,000–2,500,000 and 6–8 weeks. A B2B catalogue with dealer prices and ordering is from ₸1,500,000.
Connecting Kaspi Pay is a separate line in the estimate (from ₸100,000) because it requires registration with Kaspi and testing. More in Kaspi integration on a website.
We do this for ourselves too.
Kaspi payment is something we do in every one of our products: students pay schools in 1Study, ticket buyers pay organisers in 1Ticket. We have our own multi-tenant Kaspi Pay gateway that we use in client projects, so payment goes live in days rather than weeks. For clients we have built catalogues with filters and calculators for equipment suppliers and a B2B procurement platform. See our case studies.
The short version.
How much does an online store with Kaspi cost?
From ₸900,000 for a store with a catalogue, cart, Kaspi Pay, delivery and an admin panel. With 1C and a customer account, from ₸1,500,000. The estimate comes after a brief.
How do I connect Kaspi Pay to a website?
You need to be a Kaspi business customer and get API access. We prepare the application, integrate the payment and test it. Usually 1–2 weeks including Kaspi's response time.
What about Kaspi instalments?
Kaspi instalments and credit are connected through the same API: the buyer chooses to pay in instalments right on the site.
Will we be able to add products ourselves?
Yes, through the admin panel or by importing from Excel and 1C. With 1C sync, products and stock update automatically.
Do we need a separate SEO contractor?
The store is delivered with a ready SEO structure: categories and products built for queries, microdata, sitemap. Ongoing promotion is SEO by subscription.
Will there be a mobile app?
The store works as a PWA and can be added to the phone's home screen. A full app in the stores is a separate project, see mobile apps.
Want to sell through a website with Kaspi? We will price the store.
Tell us what you sell, how many products, where you keep your accounts and how you deliver. We will send a staged estimate within two working days.
