1Ticket — tickets on your own domain, money straight to the organiser.

Aggregators take a commission and hold your money until the event. 1Ticket puts ticket sales on your own website: the buyer pays you directly through Kaspi, receives a QR ticket, and your staff scan it at the door.

What's inside

From the event page to the scanner at the door.

  • An event page on your domain: description, ticket categories, seating plan or zones.
  • Kaspi payments straight to the organiser, with no holds and no platform commission.
  • E-tickets with QR codes by e-mail and WhatsApp.
  • A door scanner — an app on a staff member's phone that works without internet.
  • Promo codes, limits, early-bird sales.
  • Real-time sales reports.
Status

Where we are now.

The first events have already run through the platform — the figures above are real. 1Ticket is currently in early access: we onboard organisers by hand, configure it for their venues and collect feedback. An open, self-service launch is the next step.

If you organise concerts, theatre, lectures, sports events or festivals in Kazakhstan, write to hello@1app.kz and we will get you set up.

What your project gets out of it.

1Ticket is the ready-made answer to “we want to sell tickets ourselves”. If your case is more complex — season passes, seat selection on a hall plan, integration with the venue's CRM — we build an online store or a web application on the same foundation, with Kaspi payments.

Questions

The short version.

When is the open launch?

In progress. For now we onboard organisers by hand in early access — write to hello@1app.kz.

What is the commission?

The platform takes no percentage of ticket sales. The money goes straight to the organiser's Kaspi account. Early access terms are agreed individually.

Does the scanner work offline?

Yes. The ticket list is downloaded to the phone in advance, scanning works offline, and everything syncs once the network is back.
