A website for kids' centres: programmes, timetable and trial booking in one place.

A parent opens the centre's site on a phone while the child naps or in the car and looks for four answers: what fits the child's age, when classes run, what a membership costs and how to come for a trial. We build a site where these answers take a minute and the booking goes to WhatsApp and the CRM.

A kids' centre website sells trust: a parent is leaving their child with strangers. Trust comes from teachers with photos, education and experience, real photos and videos of classes (with parental consent), a clear programme by age and open rules: how many children in a group, what about safety, can parents attend the trial.

The second task is navigation. A centre usually has 8–20 programmes: early development for toddlers, school readiness, English, mental arithmetic, speech therapy, robotics, dance, chess. A parent should pick the child's age and immediately see suitable groups, timetable, membership price and free places — without messaging the administrator.

The third is search. Each programme is a separate page for queries like «school readiness almaty», «mental arithmetic for kids», «speech therapist for a child nearby», plus branch and district pages. A private kindergarten needs separate sections on daily routine, meals, groups and state-funding terms.

What it needs

What a kids' centre website needs.

Search by age

An «age → programmes» filter: the parent of a 4-year-old sees only suitable groups, not the whole list.

Group timetable

Days, times, branch, teacher and free places for each group; updated by the administrator in one spreadsheet or from the CRM.

Trial booking

A button on every programme page: WhatsApp with a ready message or a short form with age and group. The enquiry goes to the CRM with a source tag.

Teachers

Cards with photo, education, experience and programmes; a short teacher video intro is a strong argument for parents.

Prices and memberships

Single class, 8- and 12-class memberships, year-long course, sibling discount; payment via Kaspi Pay and Kaspi Red instalments for long programmes.

Photos, videos and reviews

Gallery of classes and events with parental consent, reviews from 2GIS and Instagram, outcomes: starting school, competition performances.

Summer camp and intensives

Separate landing pages for seasonal products with a day-by-day programme, price and early payment — easier to advertise than the main site.

Documents and safety

Public offer, consent to data and photo processing, visiting rules; for a private kindergarten — education permits and state-funding terms.

Site structure

  • Group timetable by branch

Centre or kindergarten

A development centre, a club and a private kindergarten need different sites.

A development centre or club sells a trial class and a membership. The key elements are programmes by age, timetable, teachers and trial booking; children come once or twice a week, so proximity and convenient times decide.

A private kindergarten sells the child's full day and is chosen for years. Parents need the daily routine, menu, groups and group size, cameras and safety, and terms: a paid place or a state-funded one via the electronic queue, what the fee includes. The booking is not a trial but a tour of the kindergarten.

If you run both a centre and a kindergarten, we build two sections with different buttons and CRM pipelines, not one shared text.

Mistakes

What stops a parent from booking on the site.

  • A timetable posted as a story image that went out of date three months ago.
  • «Ask for the price in Direct» — the parent will ask a competitor whose membership price is in plain sight.
  • All programmes on one page without age groups — the parent cannot find their group.
  • Stock photos of smiling children instead of your halls and teachers.
  • A ten-field form instead of a «Book a trial on WhatsApp» button.
  • No address and map on the first mobile screen — and proximity to home decides the choice.
  • No Kazakh version although the centre runs Kazakh-language groups — those parents go to those who speak their language.
Price and timeline

What affects the price of a kids' centre website.

A landing page for enrolment, school readiness or summer camp is ₸250,000–400,000, 1–2 weeks. A centre website with programmes, timetable, teachers, trial booking and two languages is ₸600,000–1,200,000, 3–5 weeks. A branch-network site with a parent account and membership payments starts from ₸1,500,000.

The price grows with the number of programmes (each one a separate page with curriculum), a live timetable from the CRM, age search, a Kazakh version, and filming classes and teachers. Base prices are on the website development page.

Questions

The short version.

How much does a website for a kids' centre cost?

A landing page for enrolment or camp is ₸250,000–400,000, a centre site with timetable, teachers and booking is ₸600,000–1,200,000, a network site with a parent account is from ₸1,500,000. We give an exact estimate within 1–2 days after the brief.

Can the site show free places in groups?

Yes: if the timetable and group lists are kept in a CRM or an industry system with an API, places update automatically. If they are in a spreadsheet, the administrator updates one sheet and the site changes by itself.

Can we publish photos of children from classes?

Only with written parental consent. We add consent to the contract and booking form, and mark in the gallery which materials may be used in ads.

Will we be ready for September enrolment?

A landing page takes 1–2 weeks, a full site 3–5 weeks. To be ready for ads in early August, it is best to start in June–July: programme descriptions and teacher photos take the longest to collect.

What about ads and promotion after launch?

We hand over the site with analytics, «trial booking» goals and a search-ready structure. Next come SEO for kids' centres and ads to nearby parents as separate services.
