We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and understand how the site is working. Below: exactly what, why, and how to have it deleted.

What data we collect
Enquiries. When you submit a form on the site or write to us in a messenger, we receive your name, a contact (phone, Telegram or e-mail) and the text of your message, along with the address of the page the form was sent from and the site language. We need this data to reply to you and prepare an estimate. It is stored in our enquiry log and in the correspondence; it is deleted at your request.
Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica to count visits and evaluate advertising. They collect anonymised data: pages, referral source, device, approximate region. We do not link it to your name.
Cookies. The analytics services set their own cookies. The site uses no technical cookies: there is no login on 1app.kz.
Server. The web server writes a standard access log (IP address, time, requested address) for attack protection and diagnostics. Logs are kept for up to 30 days.
Who we share it with
Enquiry data is not sold or passed to third parties. Enquiries are delivered through Telegram, WhatsApp and the Resend e-mail service; analytics through Google and Yandex. Each of them processes data under its own policy.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@1app.kz. We reply within 10 working days.
Changes
This version is effective from 12 September 2026. If anything changes, we will update the date on this page.
