An app for online stores: repeat purchases without an ad budget.
A store app makes sense with 3,000–5,000+ active customers and regular repeat orders: a push about a promotion costs less than an SMS or an ad impression, and order history and bonuses on the phone bring the customer back at no extra cost. For a smaller store we'll honestly suggest a PWA or a good mobile version of the website.
A store's mobile app solves one main task — lowering the cost of a repeat purchase. A push saying "your favorite brand is on sale" costs a few tenge and converts better than banner ads. A bonus balance on the phone motivates people to come back. A fast cart with saved details shortens the path from wanting to paying to two taps.
For a retail chain the app adds another dimension: a single catalog, stock by store, a map of the nearest location, a bonus card instead of plastic. The customer sees one brand regardless of where they shop — online or offline.
We build apps natively (Swift, Kotlin) or on Flutter, with our own backend and integration with 1C, Kaspi Pay and CRM. Our experience with products that handle daily transactions and notifications comes from our own solutions 1Study and 1Work.
What a store app must have.
Categories with filters, search with suggestions, a product page with photos, specs and availability by location. Real-time sync with 1C.
Saved addresses and cards, one-tap Kaspi Pay payment, repeating a previous order, a wishlist and saved items.
Personal pushes by interest category, abandoned-cart reminders, order and delivery status, promotions and new arrivals — segmented by behavior.
Accumulating bonuses, tiers, referral invites, personal offers based on purchase history. A bonus card instead of plastic.
All orders with photos, statuses and receipts, one-tap reorder, filing a return without calling support.
Nearest locations with opening hours, stock and directions; choosing pickup in the cart with a ready-for-pickup notification.
WhatsApp or a built-in chat for order questions, photos of a defective item, request status.
Revenue and orders by channel, customer activity, push performance, top products — a real-time dashboard.

Honestly: who won't get a return on an app.
For a store with up to 2,000–3,000 customers and rare repeat orders, an app won't pay off: people don't install an app for one purchase a year. Mobile commerce needs are covered by a good mobile version of the website with Kaspi Pay and a CRM with WhatsApp notifications for 10–15 % of the cost of an app.
An app pays off for a store with 3,000–5,000+ active customers, regular repeat orders and a loyalty program. If you're in between, we'll suggest a PWA: the same catalog and cart in the browser without publishing to the stores, 2–3 times cheaper than a native app.
How we build it and how long it takes.
Brief and screen prototype — 1–2 weeks: we agree on the catalog, cart, bonuses and integrations. Design — 2 weeks. Backend, iOS and Android development, 1C and Kaspi Pay integration — 6–10 weeks. Publishing to the App Store and Google Play with review support — 1–2 weeks. In total, 8–10+ weeks to the first version; after that we develop it based on customer behavior data.
What affects the price of the app.
A store app for iOS and Android with a catalog, cart, Kaspi Pay, push notifications and bonuses — from ₸2,500,000, 8+ weeks. A PWA without the stores — from ₸1,200,000. Support and updates — from ₸60,000 per month.
The price goes up with: 1C sync across multiple warehouses, a loyalty program with tiers and rules, multiple languages, integration with logistics services. Base terms are on the mobile apps page.
The short version.
How much does a store app cost?
A native iOS and Android app — from ₸2,500,000, a PWA without the stores — from ₸1,200,000. Timeline — 8+ weeks. We give an estimate after the screen prototype.
Will the app see stock from 1C?
Yes, through the standard 1C exchange API: the customer sees current stock by warehouse and store, and new orders from the app go straight into 1C.
Can the app accept payment via Kaspi Pay?
Yes, Kaspi Pay is integrated into the app cart; Kaspi Red installments work by switching to the Kaspi app. You need an active agreement with Kaspi.
Will customers install the app?
They do when there is a benefit: bonuses for signing up, a discount on the first order in the app, purchase history and easy reordering. We encourage installs on the website, on packaging and in WhatsApp after the first purchase.
Who publishes to the App Store and Google Play?
We do, on your behalf: we register developer accounts (Apple — $99 a year, Google — $25 one-time), pass review and support updates.
