Mobile app for gaming clubs: balance, booking and bonuses in one account.
For a club network, an app replaces chats with administrators and scattered bonuses: the guest sees free seats on the hall map, books, tops up via Kaspi and earns bonuses that work at any branch. We build natively (Swift, Kotlin) or with Flutter, integrated with the hall management system.
A gaming club is a business with frequent visits: a regular guest comes several times a week. For that guest an app is more convenient than a website: the balance on the home screen, booking in two taps, a push about free VIP seats or a Saturday tournament. For the owner it is a channel that brings guests back without ad spend.
But an app doesn't pay off for everyone. A single club with 30–60 seats usually does fine with a website, WhatsApp and a Telegram bot. An app makes sense for a network of 3+ clubs with a shared guest base, a single balance and a loyalty programme, in our experience and according to market data.
The key condition is integration with the hall management system. Balances, sessions and guest accounts live in SmartShell, Senet or similar; the app must read and write there rather than keep a second database. We build natively (Swift, Kotlin) or with Flutter — the choice depends on budget and scenarios.
What a club app does.
A hall layout by zone, free and taken seats, time-based booking with confirmation and an arrival timer.
The gaming balance on the home screen, top-ups via Kaspi Pay and cards, session and charge history.
One balance and one set of bonuses across all clubs; the guest picks the nearest branch and sees how busy it is.
Cashback for hours, regular guest tiers, referral bonuses, discounts on daytime packages for off-peak hours.
Announcements, team registration, brackets, results; a push before the match starts.
Free VIP seats, a discounted night package, a weekend tournament — segmented by club and guest activity.
Drinks and snacks delivered to the seat without going to the desk, paid from the balance; the order goes to the administrator.
Bookings, guests, pushes, promotions and app reports — in a web panel, no separate developer needed.
App screens.
- Sign-in by phone number
- Home: balance, bonuses, nearest club
- Hall map and booking
- Top-up via Kaspi
- Packages and prices
- Tournaments and registration
- Bonuses and tiers
- Profile and session history
App, Telegram bot or PWA.
- One club up to 60 seats — a website with booking and a Telegram bot: balance, booking, notifications. Cheaper and faster, the guest downloads nothing.
- 2–3 clubs — a PWA from ₸1,200,000: runs in the browser, installs to the home screen, handles booking and balance.
- A network of 3+ clubs with thousands of guests — a native app from ₸2,500,000: push, single account, bonuses, hall map, bar orders.
An app without regular guests and without hall system integration becomes just another icon that gets deleted. So we first look at the guest base and the hall management system's API.
How the app works with the hall system.
- Accounts — the guest signs in with a phone number, the app finds their account in SmartShell, Senet or another system and shows the balance.
- Booking — seats and zones come from the system, the booking is created there, and the administrator sees it on their screen.
- Payments — a Kaspi Pay top-up is credited to the gaming balance automatically.
- Bonuses — accrued from sessions in the system, not by hand.
- Reports — app revenue goes into accounting; with 1Work it is visible by shift and club.
If the system lacks the needed API, we build an intermediate service or negotiate with the vendor — we assess this before development starts.
How much a club app costs.
A PWA with booking, balance and Kaspi top-ups starts at ₸1,200,000, 6–8 weeks. An iOS and Android app for a club network with a hall map, single account, bonuses, tournaments, push and a web panel starts at ₸2,500,000, from 8 weeks. Integration with the hall management system is estimated separately after studying its API.
The price depends on the number of screens and scenarios, native development or Flutter, bar orders and the loyalty programme. Base prices are on the mobile apps page.
The short version.
How much does an app for a gaming club cost?
A PWA starts at ₸1,200,000, an iOS and Android app for a network at ₸2,500,000. SmartShell or Senet integration is estimated separately after studying the API.
Does a single club need an app?
Usually not. A single club does fine with a website with booking and a Telegram bot with balance and notifications. An app pays off in a network of several clubs with a regular guest base.
What do you build apps with?
Natively (Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android) or with Flutter. Native development costs more but gives better performance and access to system features; Flutter is faster for two platforms. We choose based on the task.
Can the app be connected to SmartShell or Senet?
Yes, if the system provides an API for accounts, balances and bookings. If the API is limited, we build an intermediate service. We check feasibility before signing the contract.
How does the app bring guests back?
Pushes about free seats, night packages and tournaments, bonuses for hours and regular guest tiers. Segments are built on activity: who hasn't come in 2 weeks, who only plays at night, who goes to which club.
