How we build the app and how long it takes.
Brief and screen prototype — 1–2 weeks: we define the student, parent and teacher scenarios. Design — 2 weeks. Backend, iOS and Android development, Kaspi and CRM integration — 6–10 weeks. Testing and publishing to the App Store and Google Play — 1–2 weeks. In total, from 10–14 weeks for the first version; after that we develop it based on usage data and the centre team's requests.
What affects the price of the app.
A native iOS and Android app with schedule, homework, Kaspi payments and a student account costs from ₸2,500,000, from 8 weeks. A PWA without app store publishing — from ₸1,200,000. If the task can be covered by the 1Study platform, that is a separate product with a different onboarding model.

A native iOS and Android app costs from ₸2,500,000, a PWA from ₸1,200,000. We give an estimate 2–3 days after the screen prototype.
Can the app accept payments via Kaspi?
Yes, Kaspi Pay for course payments and renewals; Kaspi Red instalments via a handoff to the Kaspi app. The fee depends on your Kaspi plan.
Will students actually install the app?
They do when it is more convenient than the alternative: a schedule without calls, homework in one place, payment in two taps. We encourage installs with a sign-up bonus and a reminder on the first visit.
Who publishes the app to the App Store and Google Play?
We do, on your behalf: we set up the developer accounts (Apple — $99 a year, Google — a one-off $25), go through review and ship updates.
