Website, ads and CRM for kids' centres: more trial classes and more renewed memberships.

Parents choose a centre close to home — by class photos, teachers, timetable and reviews on 2GIS and Instagram — and then decide month after month whether to renew. We build the path from ads to mums in your neighbourhood to a trial class, Kaspi payment and an automatic renewal reminder.

How we build the systemKids' centres
1Ads & SEO2Website3CRM4Repeat sales

A kids' centre does not sell a one-off service, it sells months of classes. The first decision is quick: a parent sees a class video on Instagram, checks the address and reviews on 2GIS, messages on WhatsApp and books a trial. The second decision — buying a membership — depends on how the trial went and how you followed up. The third — renewing after a month or two — depends on attendance, teacher feedback and how easy it is to pay.

So a centre's revenue rests on three numbers: how many enquiries reached a trial, how many trials became memberships and what share renews. Without a CRM these numbers live in the administrator's notebook and a dozen parents' WhatsApp groups.

Seasonality is sharp: enrolment peaks in August–September and after the New Year holidays, drops in summer, and spring is when summer camps and school-readiness courses are sold. Below is what we do for kids' centres, private kindergartens and clubs in each direction.

Typical problems

What kids' centres come to us with.

  • Enquiries from Instagram and WhatsApp go into a notebook or Excel: half of the parents never reach a trial after the first message, and nobody knows why.
  • The trial went well, but nobody called the parent back — the membership was bought at the centre across the street.
  • Renewals are not tracked: the membership ended, the child stopped coming, and someone remembers two months later.
  • The group timetable lives in stories and a pinned message: a parent cannot tell whether the 4–5-year-olds group on Tuesday evening has places.
  • Ads run across the whole city, although parents drive children to classes three times a week from no more than 10–15 minutes away.
  • In summer attendance halves, and September enrolment starts in the last week of August — when parents have already chosen.
Kazakhstan specifics

What matters in Kazakhstan.

  • 2GIS — parents search for a «development centre nearby» right on the map: hall photos, timetable, membership prices and replies to reviews in the listing matter as much as the website.
  • Kaspi — membership payment via Kaspi Pay by link or QR, Kaspi Red instalments for a year-long school-readiness course or summer camp; two-tap payment cuts the number of «I'll pay next week».
  • WhatsApp — the main channel with parents: trial bookings, class groups, reminders. With the WhatsApp Business API, class and renewal reminders are sent from the CRM automatically.
  • Two languages — some parents look for Kazakh-language and bilingual groups: «балалар дамыту орталығы», «мектепке дайындық». A site and ads in two languages bring a separate low-competition flow.
  • Private kindergartens and state funding — a private kindergarten must openly show its education permits and terms: how many places are funded by the state education order via the electronic queue, how many are paid, what the fee includes.
  • Children's data and photos — under the personal data law, photos and videos of children may appear on the site and in ads only with written parental consent; we build the consent form into the contract and booking.
Where to start

A launch order built around enrolment season.

  1. A CRM with an «enquiry → trial → membership → renewal» pipeline — without it ads feed a notebook, not your groups. Set it up in June–July.
  2. A site or landing page with timetable and trial booking — parents see programmes by age, membership price and free places.
  3. Targeted ads to parents by radius — launch 2–3 weeks before the peak: early August for September, December for January, April for summer camp.
  4. SEO and maps — programme pages and the 2GIS listing work all year and reduce reliance on ads.
  5. An app — for a branch network or private kindergarten, when parents need timetable, payment and teacher reports in one place.
Questions

Questions from kids' centres.

How much does a website for a kids' centre cost?

A landing page for enrolment or summer camp is ₸250,000–400,000; a centre website with programmes, timetable, teachers and trial booking in two languages is ₸600,000–1,200,000. Details on the kids' centre website page.

Which advertising works best for a kids' centre?

Instagram ads to parents within 2–5 km of the branch, with class videos and a trial-class offer, are the main channel. Google search ads capture hot demand: «school readiness almaty», «english for kids nearby». Management starts at ₸150,000 a month per platform plus ad budget.

Do we need a CRM if we already use AlfaCRM or an attendance spreadsheet?

If an industry system already handles memberships and attendance, we connect it with the site, ads and WhatsApp. If everything is in spreadsheets, we implement amoCRM or Bitrix24 with a trial and renewal pipeline and attendance tracking.

How do we increase the renewal rate?

A reminder 5–7 days before the membership ends with a Kaspi payment link, an alert to the administrator after two missed classes in a row and a short monthly teacher report to the parent. All of this is set up in the CRM in 2–4 weeks.

Does a kids' centre need a mobile app?

A single centre with several groups usually does not — a CRM and WhatsApp are enough. For a branch network or private kindergarten an app replaces parent chats: timetable, payment, attendance, photos and reports. More on the kids' centre app page.
