Website, shift tracking and ads for gaming clubs: a full hall on weekdays, not just Friday night.

Players pick a club by its 2GIS listing, hardware and the price of the night package, and book a seat via Instagram or WhatsApp. The owner cares about something else: how much the till made per shift, where the discrepancies are and why the hall is empty during the day. We cover both sides — a website with booking and Kaspi, TikTok ads by district, a CRM for tournaments and events, and shift tracking in 1Work.

How we build the systemGaming clubs
1Ads & SEO2Website3CRM4Repeat sales

A gaming club sells time at a powerful PC or console, and revenue depends almost entirely on how full the hall is. Friday evenings and weekends fill up on their own, while weekdays, mornings and lunchtime sit idle. The guest is mostly 14–25 years old; they compare clubs by graphics cards and monitor refresh rates, the price per hour and packages, VIP rooms, PS5 and bootcamps, and decide within minutes in 2GIS or TikTok.

The other half of the job is inside the club. Money flows through the hall management system (SmartShell, Senet and similar), the bar, cash and Kaspi QR, and administrators work in shifts. Without shift tracking and till reconciliation, the owner finds out about a shortfall at the end of the month and calculates salaries in Excel.

Below is what we do for gaming clubs and networks: website, app, CRM, SEO, social and search ads. Each direction has its own page with features, integrations and prices, and shift, cash and payroll tracking is handled by our product 1Work.

Typical problems

What clubs come to us with.

  • Seat bookings live in an administrator's Direct and WhatsApp: a guest writes, gets a reply an hour later, the seat is gone — or the booking is held and the guest never shows up.
  • The hall is full on Friday night and empty on weekdays until 4 pm: no daytime packages, no student deals and no ads that sell off-peak hours specifically.
  • The till is reconciled by eye: revenue in the hall system, the bar, cash and Kaspi are tracked separately, and nobody sees the discrepancy per shift.
  • Administrator salaries are calculated by hand in Excel — rates, bar commission, fines — and every month there is a dispute about who worked how much.
  • Instagram ads target the whole city and ages 13–65: impressions go to people who will never visit, and giveaway creatives get rejected by moderation.
  • A network of several clubs has different accounts, prices and bonuses: a guest cannot spend their balance at the next branch, and the owner has no overall picture.
Kazakhstan specifics

What matters specifically in Kazakhstan.

  • 2GIS — the main channel for choosing a club near home or university: photos of the hall, hardware, prices, 24/7 opening hours and replies to reviews bring guests as well as ads do.
  • Kaspi — guests are used to paying with Kaspi QR and Kaspi Pay; topping up the gaming balance online via Kaspi before arriving removes the queue at the desk and secures a prepaid booking.
  • SmartShell and Senet — the hall management system stores guest accounts, balances and sessions; the website, app and accounting should take data from it rather than create a second guest database.
  • TikTok and Instagram — the core 14–25 audience lives in short video; at the same time ad platforms restrict targeting of minors, so campaigns are built on geography and content rather than interests.
  • Minors — a large share of guests are under 18; visiting rules, night hours without adults and age checks must be spelled out on the website and in the administrator's procedures.
  • Two languages — in Astana, Shymkent and the regions some young people search in Kazakh: «компьютерлік клуб», «киберклуб жанымда»; listings, the website and creatives in two languages widen the reach.
Where to start

The order that pays off fastest.

  1. 2GIS listing and a website with prices — zones, hardware, rates and packages, booking via WhatsApp or online. Without this, ads lead nowhere.
  2. Shift and till tracking — 1Work on top of the hall management system: revenue, bar, discrepancies and salaries for every shift.
  3. TikTok and Instagram ads by district — for daytime packages, nights and tournaments; first results within 1–2 weeks.
  4. CRM — for tournaments, birthdays, corporate events and reactivating guests who haven't come in a while.
  5. App — for a network of 3+ clubs that needs a single balance, seat booking on a hall map and bonuses.
Hall economics

Why you need to sell off-peak hours.

A club has fixed costs — rent, electricity, internet, salaries, hardware upgrades — and almost zero marginal cost per hour on top of them. So every extra hour of occupancy on a weekday goes almost entirely to profit, while Friday night is full anyway.

That defines the logic of the whole digital system: the website and ads sell daytime and morning packages, student rates, weekday tournaments and VIP room bookings for groups. The CRM brings back guests who haven't visited for 2–4 weeks. Tracking in 1Work shows occupancy and revenue per shift, so you can see which promotions work and which only lower the average ticket. In our experience and according to market data, weekdays are exactly what separates a club that has paid off from one that lives on weekends.

Questions

Questions from gaming clubs.

How much does a website for a gaming club cost?

A landing page with zones, prices, hall photos and WhatsApp booking costs ₸250,000–400,000. A website with online seat booking, Kaspi balance top-ups, tournaments and two languages costs ₸600,000–1,200,000. Details on the website for gaming clubs page.

How does 1Work help a gaming club?

1Work connects to the hall management system and the till and shows revenue, bar, expenses and net profit per shift, and calculates administrator salaries from rates and commissions. The Senet integration is ready; other systems, including SmartShell, are connected on request. More on 1Work.

Which ads work for a gaming club?

Mainly TikTok and Instagram within a 2–5 km radius of the club, with videos of the hall, tournaments and packages. Search ads in Google and Yandex catch queries like «gaming club near me» and «24/7 gaming club». Management starts at ₸150,000 per month per platform, ad budget separate.

Can the website be connected to SmartShell or Senet?

Yes, if the system has an API or data export: the website and app show free seats, accept balance top-ups and create bookings directly in the hall management system. Without an API, we route bookings through the CRM with a notification to the administrator.

Does a club need a mobile app?

A single club usually does fine with a website, WhatsApp and a Telegram bot. For a network of 3+ clubs an app provides a single balance, seat booking on a hall map, bonuses and tournament push notifications. More on app for gaming clubs.
