Sharko works on your company's number. Employees message it like a normal contact — text, voice or photo — and install nothing. Every assignment gets a digital trail: delivered, read, what was answered, how many times the deadline moved.

The company connects a separate number for the assistant in WhatsApp and Telegram and adds it to work groups.
- 2Assign by voice
“Aidos, update the price list and send it to suppliers by Friday” — Sharko sets the task for Aidos with a deadline and lets him know.
- 3Close with one word
“Done”, a photo of the result or a file — the task is closed, the author is notified, points are counted.
- 4Evening report
Done, in progress, overdue with reasons and who is silent. Department heads get it for their people, you get it for the whole company.
Control without phone calls.
- Evening report: done, in progress, overdue and who has not replied.
- Group digest: the gist of each work chat for the day plus assignments that were mentioned but never became tasks. Reply “set 1” and the task exists.
- Company board: everyone's tasks by person and deadline, opened from a link in any Sharko message, no passwords.
- Task history: who set it, when it was delivered and read, what the assignee said, how many times the deadline moved.
- Departments and roles: a department head sees their people and gets a report and rating for them.
A helper, not a supervisor.
In the morning Sharko sends a plan: goals with progress, overdue items and today's tasks. “Week” shows the list, “#43 to tomorrow” moves the deadline — no dashboard needed. Employees can set tasks for themselves, keep monthly goals and a personal board the company cannot see.
Also in the product: recurring tasks, regular questions to the team with a digest of answers, notes to colleagues, checklists inside a task, search through history, clock-in and clock-out by location, quiet hours and board import from Trello.
On time — plus. Missed the deadline — minus.
Every task has three outcomes: on time, late, not done. The company decides how many points each is worth; Sharko only counts and sends the weekly rating on Friday. Points can stay a rating or be tied to a bonus — the base salary does not go down. You can also switch points off and keep just tasks and reports.
What to know before connecting.
Sharko is an AI and introduces itself as an assistant in the first message; anyone who does not want to talk to an AI writes to their manager directly. It understands voice messages in Russian; Kazakh is in progress. Sharko is not a WhatsApp product: if the number gets blocked, tasks and history stay in Sharko and work continues in Telegram or from another number.
Right now Sharko is onboarding its first companies in a pilot: we set it up with you and review the results after a month. Pilot terms are agreed individually; prices will be announced after the pilot. Next on the roadmap — expenses from receipt photos, approvals and integrations with 1C and cash registers.

Can we use it without points?
Yes. Points are a separate switch and the company sets its own scale. You can run only tasks and reports.
