Digital for taxi fleets: a steady flow of drivers, transparent payouts and corporate clients.
A taxi fleet works in two markets: drivers it has to attract and keep, and companies that need staff rides under contract. We build a hiring landing page and ads for drivers, a CRM that tracks rent, payouts and fines, a driver app and a separate funnel for corporate taxi.
Six areas of work for a fleet.
Hiring landing page, rental and rent-to-own terms, car list, corporate taxi, two languages, leads to CRM.

from ₸200,000/moTargeted adsInstagram, Facebook and TikTok for drivers in your city, two languages, leads to WhatsApp and CRM, cost per driver.
from ₸150,000/moSearch adsGoogle Ads and Yandex Direct: taxi jobs, rental, rent-to-own, corporate taxi, call tracking.
from ₸150,000/moA taxi fleet's income depends on how many cars are on the line, and a car without a driver is a leasing payment, insurance and parking with no revenue. So the main funnel of a fleet is not passengers but drivers: «taxi driver jobs», «rent a car for taxi», «connect to Yandex Go». A driver compares 3–4 fleets in one evening by commission, rental terms, payout speed and reviews in Telegram chats.
The second part is accounting. Daily rent, rent-to-own, deposits, camera fines, accidents, maintenance, mandatory motor insurance (OGPO) and payouts to Kaspi — in most fleets this lives in Excel and WhatsApp chats. A mistake in a driver's balance means a dispute, and a dispute means the driver leaves for a competitor while the car sits idle.
The third is corporate taxi and car rental for companies: B2B contracts, monthly acts and e-invoices (ESF), per-employee limits. Below is what we do for taxi fleets and car parks in each area.
What fleets come to us with.
- Driver applications arrive in a manager's WhatsApp, Telegram and phone; nobody knows who dropped off between the application and the first shift, and nobody has calculated the cost of an onboarded driver.
- Driver balances are kept in Excel: rent, commission, fines, deposit — every payout comes with a dispute and a long chat.
- Camera fines reach the car owner weeks later, when it is no longer clear who was driving at that hour.
- «Taxi driver jobs» ads with income promises bring random applications from people without the required experience or real intention to drive.
- Some cars stand idle: no system shows free cars, overdue maintenance or expiring insurance.
- Corporate clients are handled manually: rides are reconciled from exports, acts and e-invoices are prepared at night at the end of the month.
What matters specifically in Kazakhstan.
- Aggregators — most orders go through Yandex Go and inDrive; the fleet earns on onboarding drivers and renting cars, so shift and payout data should come from the aggregator's partner API rather than manual entry.
- Kaspi — drivers receive payouts and pay rent via Kaspi: transfers to Kaspi Gold, Kaspi QR at the fleet office, daily rent charges. Reconciling payments with the driver balance is the first thing we automate.
- Fines and cameras — in Almaty and Astana violations are recorded by cameras and notices go to the owner; each fine must be linked to the driver by shift time and deducted automatically as agreed in the contract.
- OGPO and inspection — mandatory third-party motor insurance, technical inspection, pre-trip medical checks and waybills: deadlines for every car should be tracked by the system, not by the mechanic's memory.
- Two languages — many drivers come from the regions and search for work in Kazakh: «таксиге жұмыс», «такси жүргізушісі». A landing page and creatives in both languages bring noticeably more relevant applications.
- Driver status — sole proprietor (IP), platform employment or an employment contract: this defines the rental agreement, deductions and taxes. The terms must be stated the same way in the contract, on the website and in the driver app.
The order that pays back fastest.
- A driver hiring landing page in two languages with honest terms — without it, ads collect random applications.
- A CRM with a driver funnel from application to first shift plus rent, payout and fine tracking — removes disputes and losses.
- Ads for drivers on Instagram and TikTok across the city — first onboardings in 1–2 weeks.
- Search ads and SEO — hot demand like «rent a car for taxi», «corporate taxi» and B2B clients.
- A driver app or Telegram bot — once the fleet has 50–100+ cars and balance questions eat up managers' time.
What a car without a driver costs.
One idle car means leasing or loan payments, insurance, parking and lost rent for every day. That is why we measure driver acquisition not by cost per application but by cost per driver who has completed the first 2 weeks: application → interview → document check → contract → car handover → shifts.
In our experience and according to market data, only part of the applications reach the first shift — from a third to a half — and these stages are where a fleet loses the most. A fast WhatsApp reply, clear terms on the landing page and interview reminders give more than a bigger ad budget.
The second lever is retention: a transparent balance and fast payouts reduce churn, and with it hiring costs.
Questions from taxi fleets.
How much does a website for a taxi fleet cost?
A driver hiring landing page is ₸250,000–400,000; a fleet website with rental terms, the car list, corporate taxi and two languages is ₸600,000–1,200,000. Details on the website for taxi fleets page.
Where to find drivers: social ads or search ads?
Social ads on Instagram and TikTok bring applications from people who are not actively searching yet; search ads catch hot queries like «taxi driver jobs» and «rent a car for taxi». We usually start with both on key queries in one city; management from ₸150,000 per month per platform, ad budget separate.
Can accounting be connected to Yandex Go?
If the fleet has access to the aggregator's partner API, we pull drivers, shifts and transactions automatically. Without the API we import exports on a schedule so the balance is calculated without manual entry.
How can fines be automated?
Fines are loaded by licence plate, linked to the driver by shift time and added to their balance with a WhatsApp notification. Deduction follows the rules set in the rental agreement.
Does a taxi fleet need an app?
Up to 50 cars, a CRM and a Telegram bot showing the balance are usually enough. For fleets with 100+ cars or car-sharing, an app gives drivers self-service and takes load off managers. More on an app for taxi fleets.
