CRM for agribusiness: every buyer, price and shipment stays with the company.
Wholesale sales in agri rest on the personal connections of managers and the director. We move them into a CRM: enquiries from WhatsApp, the website and calls, quotes and prices for each buyer, deals with shipments and payments, reminders before the new season. And when needed, we automate field, machinery and warehouse tracking.
An agri deal is long: price request, a sample or lab report, quote, bargaining, contract, prepayment, shipment in lots, documents and e-invoice, final settlement. Weeks pass between steps, and a manager handles dozens of buyers at once. Without a CRM some deals are simply forgotten, and the history of prices and agreements lives in chats.
For suppliers to farmers there is also seasonality: the same farms buy seeds, fertilisers and parts every year at roughly the same time. The CRM reminds the manager whom to call and when, what volumes the client took last season and how much they owe, and gives dealers a shared database without overlaps.
If the farm's processes do not fit amoCRM or Bitrix24 — fields, crop rotation, machinery, fuel, warehouse, piece-rate pay — we build a custom system on Next.js and PostgreSQL connected to 1C. We start with what hurts most: sales or internal operations.
What we automate in an agricultural company.
Request → quote → bargaining → contract → prepayment → shipment → closing documents; at every stage you see the amount, volume, delivery basis and owner.
Quotation templates with current prices from 1C, price history for each buyer, discount approval by the manager.
Chats via the WhatsApp Business API and Instagram, call recordings — in the client card; a departing manager does not take the base with them.
A client calendar: what they bought last season and when, automatic tasks for the manager 3–4 weeks before sowing or harvest.
Lead distribution by region and dealer, protection against client overlaps, plan vs. actual sales.
Lots, trucks, delivery notes, e-invoices and payments linked to the deal; receivables and debt reminders.
In a custom system: fields and crops, operations and costs, machinery and fuel, receiving and shipping by warehouse, cost per field and crop.
Attendance of seasonal workers and operators, output, piece-rate pay calculation and export to 1C.
Funnels and automations.
- «Wholesale» funnel: request → quote → contract → shipment → payment
- «Export» funnel: negotiations, samples, documents, lot inspection
- «Farmers» funnel: request → selection → invoice → delivery
- Automatic tasks for repeat sales before the season
- Reminders about receivables and unpaid lots
- Lead distribution by region and dealer
- Field and operations tracking (custom system)
- Machinery, fuel and waybills (custom system)
- Management reports: sales, stock, cost of production
When amoCRM is enough and when you need custom development.
amoCRM or Bitrix24 cover sales: funnels, WhatsApp, quotes, tasks, repeat sales and dealers. Implementation — ₸350,000–₸600,000, with 1C and telephony integration — ₸600,000–₸1,000,000, 2–6 weeks. This is the right start for almost any agricultural company.
A custom system is needed when the main pain is inside the farm: tracking fields and operations, fuel use per machine, grain receiving with weight and moisture, a warehouse of seeds and fertilisers, piece-rate pay. Off-the-shelf CRMs cannot do this, and 1C is often too heavy for an agronomist in the field. We build on Next.js and PostgreSQL, from ₸1,500,000, with 1C data exchange and a mobile version.
How not to derail implementation during the season.
- Do not implement in the middle of sowing or harvest. The best window is November–February, when the team has time for training.
- Start with one funnel — for example, wholesale — and only then add dealers, exports and operations.
- Move the base in advance: contacts from managers' phones, Excel files with buyers, price history of past seasons.
- Make the mobile version convenient — managers and agronomists work from their phones, not at a computer.
- Agree on the rules: every enquiry goes into the CRM, no deal ships without a card. Otherwise, within a month everyone is back in WhatsApp.
How much a CRM for agribusiness costs.
Basic amoCRM or Bitrix24 implementation: funnels, WhatsApp, quote templates, seasonal tasks, training — ₸350,000–₸600,000, 2–3 weeks. With 1C integration, telephony, dealers and reports — ₸600,000–₸1,000,000, 4–6 weeks. CRM licences are paid separately at the vendor's rates.
A custom system for fields, machinery, warehouse and shifts — from ₸1,500,000, timing depends on the modules; we usually start with one module and expand. Base terms are on the CRM and automation page.
The short version.
How much does a CRM for agribusiness cost?
Basic implementation — ₸350,000–₸600,000, with 1C, telephony and dealers — ₸600,000–₸1,000,000, a custom operations system — from ₸1,500,000. amoCRM or Bitrix24 licences are separate.
We already have 1C. Why do we need a CRM?
1C handles accounting and documents but not negotiations: who asked for a price, who received a quote, whom to call before the season. The CRM takes over sales and exchanges prices, stock and invoices with 1C.
Can WhatsApp chats be moved from managers' phones?
Old history from personal phones cannot be fully transferred, but we move contacts and key agreements manually or from an export. From the moment the WhatsApp Business API is connected, all new chats go into the CRM.
Is a CRM suitable for field and machinery tracking?
Standard amoCRM and Bitrix24 are not designed for this. For fields, fuel, warehouse and shifts we build a custom system or a separate module connected to the CRM and 1C.
When is the best time to implement?
Off-season — from November to February. Then by sowing time the team is already working in the system instead of learning during the busiest period.

Want buyers and operations in one system? Describe how your deals work now.
Write how many managers and buyers you have, whether there are dealers and exports, which 1C you use and what needs tracking inside the farm. We will reply with an implementation plan and an estimate within 1–2 business days.
