Is this legal?
Yes. You sell your own product as a sole proprietor (ИП) / self-employed, and payment goes straight to your Kaspi. 1app is a sales tool, not a middleman that holds your money.
How do I withdraw money?
You don't — the money is already yours. The buyer pays via Kaspi and the amount lands in your Kaspi account the moment they pay. Kaspi takes its 0.95% acquiring fee, and the 1app commission is deducted from your wallet balance.
Do I need to register as a sole proprietor (ИП) / self-employed?
To take payments on a business Kaspi you need sole proprietor (ИП) / self-employed status — you set it up online in the Kaspi app in a couple of minutes. You can start building your content before that.
How much does it cost?
Start at 0 ₸, no subscription. You only pay commission on a sale: courses, tickets and PDFs — a flat 4%, with a 200 ₸ minimum per course student (courses under 5,000 ₸, free and manual enrollments). These rates apply to the first 500 companies and stay locked in for them forever — those who join later will pay more. Sold nothing this month — you pay nothing.
What if I don't sell anything?
Then you pay nothing. Unlike platforms with a monthly subscription, there's no charge for just using it — only a percentage on a real sale.
Does the buyer need to register?
No. The guest enters their phone number, an invoice arrives in their Kaspi app, and they pay in 2 taps — no registration, no card details.
