Terms of Service & Public Offer

1. Definitions

• Platform — the 1app software provided by sole proprietor "1APP", giving creators tools to build and sell online courses and giving users access to them.
• Creator (Seller) — a school, teacher or other party that publishes and sells its own educational materials on the Platform. The Creator is the seller of the course and the rights holder of its content.
• User — an individual using the Service.
• Materials — courses, lessons, videos, texts, quizzes, homework, PDFs/books and other content.
• Order — a User's request to purchase access to paid Materials.

2. Role of the Platform

The Platform provides a technology service and acts as an intermediary between the Creator and the User. The seller of educational Materials is the relevant Creator shown on the course/school page. The Platform is not the author or rights holder of Creators' materials and is not responsible for their content, quality or accuracy.

Payments for purchases go directly to the Creator (via their connected payment instrument); the Platform retains a service fee under separate terms with the Creator.

3. Registration and account

• Access requires registration by phone number (one-time code login) and/or password.
• The User must provide accurate data and is responsible for keeping account access secure.
• One account is intended for one individual; sharing access with third parties is prohibited.

4. Payment

• The price of Materials is shown on the relevant course/product page. Prices in mobile apps may differ from website prices.
• Payments on the website are processed via the Kaspi payment service (provider 1pay). Card details are not shared with the Platform.
• Payments inside mobile apps (iOS/Android) are processed via Apple App Store and Google Play under those stores' rules.
• Access to paid Materials is granted after the payment system confirms payment.

5. Refunds

As the Creator is the seller, refunds are issued by the Creator; the Platform technically facilitates the refund via the original payment method.

• A full refund is available within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the User has not started the course or has completed only a minor part of it (no more than 20% of materials).
• After that period, or upon substantial use of the Materials, refunds are at the Creator's discretion, accounting for access actually provided.
• Refunds for purchases made in mobile apps via Apple/Google are governed by the respective app store's rules.
• To request a refund, contact support at the details below with your order number.

6. Intellectual property and access

• All rights to the Materials belong to the relevant Creators or the Platform. Access is granted to the User personally for non-commercial learning.
• Copying, recording, distributing, reselling or publicly displaying the Materials without the rights holder's written consent is prohibited.
• The Platform applies technical content-protection measures; circumventing them is prohibited.

7. User obligations and restrictions

• Do not violate the law, third-party rights, or this Offer.
• Do not disrupt the Service (hacking, automated scraping, bypassing restrictions).
• User-uploaded content (answers, homework) must not infringe third-party rights or the law.

8. Liability and disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not responsible for learning outcomes, Creators' actions, or third-party services (payment systems, app stores). The Platform's liability to the User is in all cases limited to the amount of the relevant order.

9. Changes to the Offer

The Platform may amend this Offer. The current version is posted on this page; the last-updated date is shown above. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing law

The relationship is governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, under the law of the RK at the Platform's location.
